This is an average-length mala with round, smooth beads. For most folks, the pendant will land on the lower abdomen. You can also wear this wrapped around your neck twice so that you have two pretty loop necklace loops that hit around the mid-abdomen and the second one on the chest. Some folks like to wrap malas several times around their wrist. This mala does have a pendant.  

The quartz pendant is about an inch and a half long and an inch wide. 

Malas are made of 108 beads. With the pendant, they rest on the lower abdomen for most people. This bracelet is larger. It is made with 26 beads for someone with larger wrists or a man. My bracelets are usually made with approximately 23-30 beads. 

The bracelets are stretchy and made with elastic. The malas do not stretch and are made with durable, nylon string. Try to avoid getting them wet as this makes them wear out faster.
